A heart-centred gathering for 20 people, to help us positively reflect on our life and work – and consolidate all the good work we’ve done this year.

A warm welcome to you, let’s get together in November. Building on the all the great work you’ve done this year at the Refocus, Refresh and Reframe events earlier this year, on Wednesday 21 November we gather again for a fourth and final evening workshop for 2018. This one is called Reflect: Look Within – and it would be fabulous to see you again.
My plan is to review all the different exercises and tools we’ve used throughout the year and reflect on our successes and challenges. We will gather inspiration and support from each other as we review how the sessions have worked for us. There will be self-reflection activities and inspiring informal conversation.It doesn’t matter if you didn’t come to any of the previous sessions, you can still take part!
This event is open to everyone, there is space for you.
Your host is Rifa: meditation teacher, mentor, advocate for women in tech and SheSays organiser. Refreshments are provided.
So come along and join a convivial, inspiring group, as we unite to help safely grow our ambitions and spend time reflecting and revisiting before the busy Christmas season gets underway. I have a hard time keeping focused when meditating (on my breathing etc) and counting on our fingers and having a visualisation was really helpful.
